We do not store your card, UPI, or net banking details on our servers.
By making a payment, you authorize the payment gateway to debit the selected payment method.
A transaction is considered successful only upon confirmation from the payment gateway and receipt of funds by us.
We are not responsible for failed, pending, or delayed transactions caused by banks, payment gateways, or network issues.
Pricing & Taxes
All prices are invoiced in Indian Rupees (INR) or United States Dollars (USD), as applicable. Applicable taxes, including GST, shall be charged in accordance with prevailing Indian laws..
Service Delivery
Hosting and digital services are activated after successful payment confirmation.
Software development services commence as per the agreed proposal or onboarding confirmation.
Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary based on project scope, client inputs, or third-party dependencies.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
Refunds are applicable only if we are unable to provide the purchased service.
Hosting services, once activated, and domain registrations or renewals are non-refundable.
Software development payments are non-refundable once work has commenced.
Cancellation requests must be raised immediately after purchase and before service activation, where applicable.
Approved refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days to the original payment method, subject to payment gateway timelines.
Chargebacks & Disputes
Any chargeback or dispute initiated through banks or card networks may result in temporary suspension of services until resolved.
Customers agree to provide all required information for dispute resolution. Any charges levied by banks or payment gateways due to chargebacks may be recovered from the customer.
Privacy Policy
We collect personal information only to provide and manage services, process payments, offer customer support, and comply with legal obligations.
